All services at Care Net Pregnancy Center of Wayne County are free. You’ll never receive a bill from us.

When you make an appointment with us, know that it’ll be private. We only share personal information when we are required by law to notify authorities (i.e., you are a minor who is being abused at home). We care about your well-being.

At Care Net Pregnancy Center of Wayne County, our pregnancy tests are self-administered and used only at our center. A Client Advocate will work with you to help determine your next steps and provide you with support, information, and compassion.

Currently, Care Net Pregnancy Center of Wayne County doesn’t provide ultrasounds. But we can refer you to another pregnancy center for a limited ultrasound, so you’ll get the answers you need.

No, we don’t provide Abortion Pill Reversal (APR) services at our center; however, we can offer information about this protocol and ongoing emotional support for anyone affected by abortion.

If you have taken mifepristone, the first abortion drug, and wish to continue your pregnancy, contact the Abortion Pill Rescue Network immediately.

Care Net Pregnancy Center of Wayne County encourages but doesn’t require clients to take parenting classes to receive material aid.

While we don’t provide housing services, we can offer numerous referrals to social service agencies and maternity homes.
