“Family Wellness”

Our “Family Wellness” program ensures you have the tools you need to parent confidently. It can be difficult to know where to begin as a parent; we’re here to help.

The program consists of classes offered by BrightCourse on a variety of parenting and relationship-focused topics. It’s offered to men and women; we want all parents to find the resources they need. Additionally, you are welcome to attend classes with your partner and learn together.

As you complete classes, you’ll receive material support. Our focus is providing this assistance for the first year of your child’s life, but we understand that circumstances vary for every parent. So, we encourage but do not require clients to take classes to receive material items. Diapers and wipes are offered for older children, too.

Classes aren’t limited to new parents; whether you’re a first-time parent or have several children, we can support you. Parenting classes are also offered to those who are trying to maintain or are seeking custody of their children.

Sexual Health and Wellness

Our center offers classes related to sexual integrity, pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), pornography, healthy relationships, dating, and marriage. We use a video series called “Love Lessons,” which is offered through BrightCourse.
