One of the biggest barriers to parenting is a lack of financial stability. Many parents don’t have the resources they need and they may feel ill-equipped to raise their children.
We know that this can feel like a never-ending worry for some parents. Asking for help can feel embarrassing or even shameful for some parents. You may fear what others think or have set different expectations for yourself.
Care Net Pregnancy Center of Wayne County provides the support and referrals you need while parenting. We don’t judge your situation or shame you for reaching out. Wanting extra support is a sign of humility and courage—and it shows you want to provide your child with the best possible life.
Material Support
You’ll receive material items as a participant in our “Family Wellness” program. Take advantage of this powerful educational resource and receive some of the items you need most.

Please know that you are encouraged (but not required) to receive material support by taking our classes. We also provide diapers and wipes for older children, and we’ll direct you to where you can find additional assistance.
